StellarLikes Refund Policy

General Policy

At StellarLikes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the original order date. All refund requests must be submitted through Live Support for review and resolution.

Refund Options

Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds to your original payment method are granted only in the following cases:

• Duplicate Charges: Multiple charges were made during checkout for the same order.
• Non-Delivery: The ordered service could not be started on the provided account within 72 hours of purchase.

Note: Refunds to the original payment method will not be granted in the following cases:

• Fraudulent activity (e.g. fake payment methods, chargebacks without cause).
• Promotion of unlicensed or high-risk financial services (e.g. unregulated crypto, investment scams).
• Accounts associated with suspicious financial activity (e.g. money laundering).
• Gambling or betting-related content.
• Content promoting drugs, weapons, or illegal goods.
• Services tied to hacking, breaches, or illegal surveillance.
• Political content or campaigns.

In these cases, StellarLikes also reserves the right to terminate the user account and forfeit remaining balances.

Refund to StellarLikes Account Balance

Most refund cases are eligible for refunds as balance credit to your StellarLikes account. This applies to:

• Dissatisfaction with service quality.
• Slower-than-expected delivery.
• Accidental or incorrect service selection.
• Wrong order amounts.

Note: Refunds may be denied or partially approved if the request is made while an order is already in progress.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. 1. Contact Live Support to open a refund ticket.
2. 2. Our Senior Support Team will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
3. 3. If approved:

• Original payment method: You will receive a refund confirmation from our payment processor. Funds may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank. This timeline cannot be accelerated.
• StellarLikes account balance: Credit will be issued instantly.

Refund Exclusions

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Orders placed using coupon codes or promotional discounts.
• Users found violating our Terms of Service.

Right to Deny Refund

StellarLikes maintains the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• Repeated or abusive refund claims.
• Evidence of misuse or exploitation of our system or policies.
